According to Just Jared, the supermodel snagged the comedian’s quirky six-bedroom five-bathroom triplex in New York’s Gramercy Park for a whopping $10.8million.
The property was listed earlier this year for $15million, but sources told the New York Post that it is ‘in contract for a few million less of the off-market deal.’
